You can submit a new business listing for free through our Submit a Business page. Fill in your business details — name, category, location, hours, photos, and a brief description. Once submitted, our team will review and publish your listing within 1–3 business days.

If you're a verified business owner, you can request changes through your dashboard or by emailing [email protected] with the listing URL and the details you'd like to update. We'll process the changes within 24–48 hours.

We take accuracy seriously. If you find incorrect information — wrong hours, outdated phone numbers, or inaccurate details — please use the contact form above and select "Report an Issue" as the category. Include the listing URL and a description of what needs correcting. You can also email [email protected] directly.

If your business is already listed on Loceno but you don't manage it, you can claim it. Look for the "Claim This Listing" button on the listing page, or email [email protected] with proof of ownership (business registration, utility bill, or Google Business verification). We'll verify and transfer ownership within 2–5 business days.

Yes, listing your business on Loceno is completely free. We believe every local business deserves visibility. There are no hidden fees for basic listings. Premium features and promoted placements may be available in the future, but your core listing will always be free.
